A strategic outlook.
A creative mind.

My work brings together AI, human creativity and business reinvention. With a background in both Art and Computer Science, I explore how technology can reshape business while keeping sight of what becomes more valuable: curiosity, imagination, empathy, taste and knowing what is worth pursuing.

Different worlds.
A shared curiosity.

I’m David. I bring more than twenty years of professional experience across business, technology and transformation, alongside a background in art and creativity. I’m interested in how organisations choose a direction and translate it into how they work.

My perspective combines strategic thinking with creative exploration: understanding the context, making choices about value and considering what needs to change across processes, capabilities and ways of working. Curiosity, imagination and empathy help me connect those choices to the people who make them real.

What holds
my attention.

01

AI & Technology

I explore how Al changes the possibilities for a business: how decisions are made, how work is organised and where value is created. My interest connects the technology to strategic priorities, practical applications and the judgement needed to use it well.

Business Transformation & Creativity

I bring strategic thinking and creative exploration together in how I approach business transformation. Art helps me question assumptions, explore ambiguity and imagine alternatives. I connect those possibilities to choices about value, priorities, processes and capabilities, linking strategic ambition to how an organisation works.

People & Change

Business reinvention takes shape through people's decisions and behaviour. I care about the leadership, skills and shared understanding that allow change to become part of everyday work, while leaving room for different perspectives and new ideas.

People

How I think.
What I value.

As AI makes intelligence cheaper and more abundant, I believe human qualities may become relatively more important: curiosity, taste, courage, empathy, imagination, social skills and knowing what is worth pursuing. Art and creativity are how I explore and develop these qualities—and bring them into strategic choices and business transformation.

01 – Curiosity & imagination

See differently.
Imagine possibilities.

I use creative exploration to question assumptions and imagine alternatives. In a strategic context, that means looking beyond current processes to consider different ways of working and creating value.

02 – Taste & courage

Choose what
is worth pursuing.

I see taste as a sense of quality and meaning, and courage as acting on considered judgement. Both matter in strategy: deciding what deserves attention, making trade-offs and choosing what not to pursue.

03 – Empathy & connection

Understand others.
Create together.

I bring curiosity about other people into conversations and collaboration. Art offers a way to encounter different experiences; listening and creating together help connect a strategic ambition with the realities people face.

Progress is made by people.

I’m committed to business transformation that develops human capacity alongside technological capability. Strategy gives direction; art and creativity help me question, imagine and recognise what is worth pursuing. People turn those choices into meaningful change.
